About the project

Don't be fooled! Despite the subject matter, this is a serious project!

What is it?

This project is a PHP website that connects to a MySQL database. The user can see which beer styles are used with which glass, are from which country, or have certain levels of three different characteristics. The characteristics are alcohol content, bitterness, and color.

What does it do? / How does it work?

The database has a strength of combining two sources of information to build the results. There are 100 different styles of beer listed!

Facts

This website has been tested across multiple browsers. Interestingly, only Internet Explorer displays the current value of the slider bar in progress without javascript.
